Processing and Access Duration

Order Processing:

Orders for our online resin courses are processed within 1–3 business days from the moment they are placed. Order processing includes verifying payment details and granting access credentials to the online learning platform.

Course Access:

Since we only sell digital courses, there is no physical shipping involved. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your login details and access instructions.

In most cases, access is granted within 24 hours after payment confirmation. However, depending on the payment method or exceptional circumstances, it may take up to 3 business days.

Exceptional Cases:

If for technical reasons access cannot be granted within the standard timeframe, we will ensure that you receive your course access within a maximum of 5 business days.
