Return Policy

You always have 30 days to decide if the item is right for you. Resin Masters by Anastasia guarantees a refund of the value of any item, provided it has been kept in proper condition prior to its return.

According to current legislation, “the consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing of their withdrawal from the purchase, without penalties and without justification, within 14 working days from the receipt of the product.”

Products that do not meet your requirements must be returned to Resin Masters by Anastasia in the same condition in which they were received. If the products arrive with scratches, without protective film, or with broken seals, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. We do not accept cash-on-delivery return packages. Products must be returned in their original form, undamaged and unused.

Please notify us if you have made a return — by phone, email, or by filling out the return form. The value of the returned products will be refunded within 14 days from the moment we receive this information. If we do not receive this information, the refund will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the returned products.

Please respect the established return period. The value of the returned products will be refunded by bank transfer . 

Please keep the shipping receipt of the returned package until the claim process is resolved and, in the case of returned products, until the refund is made. Shipping costs will only be refunded under the following conditions: if the received product is damaged, defective, or not the product you ordered.

This return policy is valid for products purchased through the online store resin-masters.com.

⚠️ If you are considering returning the product, do not use it! You cannot use the products you have received before deciding to cancel the purchase contract. The right of withdrawal exists to allow you to examine the product in the same way as you would in a store, not to give you 14 days of free use. Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened (cosmetics/resins)

  • Products that have been tested/used

  • Products without intact labels, or with broken/removed seals

  • Products purchased in other stores

  • Products without documents proving the purchase (invoice or receipt)

  • Products with damaged packaging of any kind
